About School Transformation
We have adopted 2 mainstream school with the state board syllabus, located in Bangalore and 2 special schools to improve its facilities, educational resources, and overall environment. These unaided schools serves a diverse population of students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Despite their potential, the school faces numerous challenges, including outdated facilities, insufficient teaching materials, and limited extracurricular opportunities. These challenges hinder students’ academic performance and overall development.
Our NGO has a proven track record of successfully implementing educational improvement projects. By adopting school, we aim to address these critical issues and create an environment where students can thrive academically and personally.

School Transformation
Tiny Tots Public School, Principal, Bangalore, has embarked on an ambitious 18-month School Transformation Program in collaboration with Reussir Trust. We are currently four months into the training, and the impact has already been promising.
The program is thoughtfully designed to empower teachers with the skills and confidence needed to enhance their effectiveness in the classroom.
