Across classrooms, committed teachers are solving real problems every day — yet many powerful ideas remain unsupported, unstructured, and limited in scale. The Educator Innovation Accelerator (EIA) by Réussir Trust is designed to help you move from routine delivery to transformative innovation. This is not a training program; it is a structured innovation and leadership incubation journey. It supports educators in identifying critical learning challenges, building evidence-driven solutions, validating their ideas, and designing pathways for sustainable and scalable impact.
If you have ever felt, “There is a better way to do this,” or wished for structured support to strengthen your idea, this accelerator is an opportunity to align your purpose with impact. EIA enables educators to think strategically, act entrepreneurially, and contribute beyond the classroom to improve learning systems. We invite you to apply and take the next step toward becoming not just a teacher of curriculum, but a designer of meaningful educational change.
The Educator Innovation Accelerator (EIA) bridges this gap by helping educators build something real, test it within their classrooms, refine it through guided mentorship, and develop prototypes that can evolve from classroom ideas into validated and scalable models
Why this Accelerator?
he Educator Innovation Accelerator (EIA) bridges this gap by helping educators build something real, test it within their classrooms, refine it through guided mentorship, and develop prototypes that can evolve from classroom ideas into validated and scalable models
Three Strategic Pillars of the Educator Innovation Accelerator (EIA)
Pillar 1: Educator Transformation & Leadership
EIA shifts educators from content deliverers to reflective, research-informed, and entrepreneurial leaders. It builds professional identity, leadership capacity, and strategic thinking enabling educators to move beyond designation and drive meaningful change within and beyond their classrooms.
Pillar 2: Innovation, Prototyping & Validation
The accelerator provides structured incubation support to help participants build something real, test it in live classroom settings, develop prototypes, and refine solutions using evidence. It creates a clear pathway from classroom idea → tested intervention → validated and scalable model.
Pillar 3: Institutional Strengthening & Scalable Systems
EIA supports NGOs and educational institutions in strengthening governance, developing and implementing SOPs, packaging services into modular formats, integrating inclusive and technology-enabled practices, and creating sustainable pathways for scaling innovation within the education ecosystem.
