Réussir is a French word means “successful” or “triumph”. – Réussir is a not for profit organisation
Réussir is a not for profit organisation based in Bangalore, Karnataka. The very inception of the Organsation was started off to support children with Learning disabilities. The prevalence of learning disabilities 10-15%, the need identified were not only academic but also emotional support for children. Training teachers was the best way to reach out to many children.We have trained 700 +teachers on inclusive education across Karnataka impacting 5000+ children. We have conducted 70+ workshops.

This is Dr.Shanthi Satish a social entrepreneur working towards inclusive educational. She has been in the Corporate for 15+yrs as Human Resource professional both in public sector and Pvt Sector with MBA (HR). NLP (NFNLP), USA, Understanding Dyslexia (Alison, Ireland). PhD in Management ( skill development).
Life skill trainer and performance coach and a visiting faculty for Management colleges in Bangalore. She has published many paper in national and international journals.
