Dr Manjunath S. Astagi is an alumnus of the Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health in UK and holds a Diploma in Child Health (DCH) from the UK. He has successfully completed his consultant training in Pediatrics and was awarded the Certificate of Completion of Training in General pediatric (CCT). Dr Astagi is trained in Autism assessment and was responsible for conducting Neuro developmental clinics for high risk deliveries and preterm infants while at Solent NHS Trust, Southampton. A keen mentor, he has also been involved in teaching medical students and junior doctors about various aspects of community child health and normal development of children.

In 1982 Rendered 36 years of service at different places in India in different capacities. Main area of deployment was judicial and litigation matters on behalf of the Revenue. Held the highest position in field formation as ex principal. Chief Commissioner of Income tax , Bangalore. Retired from service in April2018. After one year of cool off, joined Sh Shailendra Kumar , owner of TIOL, an online tax portal with 20 years existence , to form TIOL Advisory Services LLP

Dr.John Vijay Sagar Kommu is currently the Head of the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore,India. He completed his MBBS from S.V. Medical College,Tirupati ,MD(Psychiatry) from NIMHANS and Senior Residency at CMC,Vellore and JIPMER,Pondicherry. He has been working as a Consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist at the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, NIMHANS over the past 11 years. His current areas of interest include neurodevelopmental disorders especially ASD ,Pediatric Psychopharmacology,adolescent mental health,child abuse,and neurobiology of child psychiatric disorders. Dr.John has authored 80 research papers and 7 book chapters. He was awarded the prestigious NIH(USA) funded Indo-US Fogarty Fellowship in 2014 and trained at the McKnight Brain Institute,University of Florida,USA. Dr.John was recently appointed Affiliate Faculty at the School of Biological and Population Health sciences, Orgeon State University,USA
